Episode Crowns
We have all seen the glorious crowns that royalty wear, but did you know you have a glorious crown too? Scripture tells us that “when the Great Shepherd appears, you will receive a crown of never-ending glory” (1 Peter 5:4 NLT). Join us on Discover the Word this week as we examine different references to our crowns through the Bible and how our understanding of them affects our daily spiritual lives.
Chapter 1
There are a whole lotta of crowns mentioned in the Bible––regal crowns… reward crowns … a crown of thorns. In this chapter, the group begins some conversations about all the crowns you find scattered throughout Scripture. And they’ll start with what’s called a “priestly crown.”
